Let them prefer nothing whatever to Christ, and may He lead us all together to life everlasting.
St. Benedict of Nursia
Forming A Rule Of Life
All of us live by an unwritten Rule, shaped by habit, personality, and culture; the invitation of the Church is simply to let Christ reshape that Rule so that our lives are oriented toward Him. A Rule of Life offers rhythms of prayer, scriptural meditation, community, rest, service, and sacramental living that open us to God’s presence and form us into people who can abide in Christ and bear His fruit. It is not a way of earning God but a way of becoming available to God. If you desire to grow, to be formed, and to walk more intentionally in the life of Christ, then I invite you to join us in embracing an adaptable shared Rule as an intentional, joyful way of living that helps us participate in the divine life for which we were made.
